We wanted to share with you actual damages that have afflicted members of our Foundation during the recent August 14th earthquake.
HSF decided to hold an infrastructure relief for them the first week of October. We made a decision to hide their names for privacy reasons.
HSF provided funding for food and home rebuilding. While food was distributed directly to them, money was deposited into a local business account for them to collect much-needed construction materials.
Thank you to the Duane Davis Foundation and to all of you who had either pledged and/or contributed to our recent food relief.
