Honoring August 14th: Day of Slave Liberation
On August 14th, HSF children came together to celebrate the Day of Slave Liberation.  Through stories, activities, and reflection, we remind our youth that they carry the spirit of strength and hope that defines Haiti.
At HSF, we honor this day with our children as a reminder of the resilience, dignity, and strength that define Haiti’s heritage. Celebrating August 14th is not only about remembering the past but also about inspiring the next generation to carry forward the values of freedom, equality, and hope.
